Baymont Inn And Suites - Greensburg, IN, Greensburg

This inn is very near the interstate and close to shopping and restaurants. It offers a very nice warm exterior and interior. Upon checking in, the staff from all levels was friendly and attentive. Rooms are nice and beds are very comfortable. No bugs and bathrooms kept very nice. Housekeeping has some problems as they do not like to change the sheets daily, and are sloppy with their cleaning. Head of housekeeping has lots of excuses, but little service. Its the maids not the lobby cleaners as the hallways and outside are very clean. Breakfast is great, but they do only have the Jimmy Dean Sausage & Egg biscuits on Fri-Sun so you better like the other kinds during the week. Very clean dining area and friendly attendant. IF any ball teams are staying run from this inn as the staff loses total control and the place turns into a zoo. Kids had no rules and were allowed to run the halls past midnight, scream, and just raise terror anytime they liked. No control and expect the staff to do nothing. Also allow alcohol in the lobby which I think is tacky and not up to Marriot Standards. Also staff does nothing about the cigarette smoke blowing in from all the doors. They stand right next to the doors smoking themselves which does not go along with the clean air policy of Marriot. Overall, this is a nice place with a super pool, whirlpool, exercise room, breafast area, and warm friendly staff. They just need to police the kids that disturb all the other guests as that seems to be at the bottom of importance to make all guests comfortable.
