Best Courtyard EVER!

This hotel has wonderful staff. They went above and beyond... The gentleman that checked me in David was exceptional and so helpful. I also got a change to speak to the manager and she went out of her way to get me directions to the retaurant I was going to that evening. She even called and got me a dinner reservation when I was told by the restaurant they don't accept reservations. I had a VIP experience for my whole stay. Beyond the great service, the beds in this hotel were the best I've ever slept in my entire life. It could only be described as a fluffy cloud of goodness. I will absolutely stay at this hotel again, and even go out of my way to stay here! Thank you Courtyard Mahwah for a great trip!

Great staff! Comfortable beds

The staff at this hotel is wonderul. We have stayed at many Marriotts and this one is above and beyond what you would expect. The room was great and the staff gave it a very personal feel. I would highly reccomend this hotel and can't wait to travel back to the area to stay here again!
