Description

As Canada’s tallest hotel tower, the Hilton Hotel and Suites Niagara Falls/Fallsview rises over 500 feet above the Falls, providing spectacular views of both the Canadian and American Falls. Conveniently located in the heart of Niagara Falls' entertainment and recreation district, world-class gaming and entertainment is moments away through an enclosed walkway leading directly to Fallsview Casino Resort. Following an extensive expansion, a new 53-storey all-suite tower opened in June 2009 featuring 500 luxurious suites. European luxury and elegance abounds in the well-appointed 2 and 3 bedroom suites that feature magnificent views of the City and the breathtaking Niagara Falls, as well as comfortable king sized beds, plasma T.V. ’s and fireplaces. The majority of the guest rooms feature a single whirlpool tub or a two-person Jacuzzi in an oversized bathroom. All guestrooms include two-line telephones with voicemail and dataport, hairdryers, irons, alarm clock/radios, Pay Per View movies, daily newspapers and in-room coffee makers. The hotel offers guests exciting dining options, including: Ontario's first Romano's Macaroni Grill, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse & Wine Bar and the Grand Caff Breakfast Buffet. For magnificent views of the Falls, the hotel's rooftop restaurant, The Watermark, located on the 33rd floor has multi-level seating and floor to ceiling windows. There is an indoor pool with a 30-ft., three-story spiraling waterslide and 27-foot waterfall, as well as a steam room, sauna, fitness area and arcade. Hotel amenities include room service, valet service and shuttle service to the Falls and major attractions.

Great Stay

Very handy to Fallsview Casino - Beautiful view of the falls from our room & the restaurant - the service in the restaurant was very good and the waiter was friendly.

Don't Be Fooled By Hilton Fallsview
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/15/08
The Fallsview Hilton was a major disappointment. We booked the hotel for two nights during the March Break with the intention of putting our feet up and letting the kids have a great time at the hotel waterpark. Don't be fooled by the term 'waterpark'. There is a pool with a slide, lots of dripping water from condensation, and a few white, very uncomfortable plastic chairs for parents to fight over. To make matters worse, the chlorine levels were so high one of the lifeguards was telling us they were considering closing the pool early because the fumes were so strong (my eyes burned the entire time I was in the pool area - and I never went in the water!). Here is the description of the pool that can be found on the hotel website: ...Dip into the 10,000 sq. ft. pool. Let the relaxing waves envelop you or try your breaststroke with a few laps around the pool. This indoor Waterpark is located on the 1st floor of the spectacular Hilton Niagara Falls. Take a whirlwind ride down the 30-ft., three-story spiraling waterslide. Slip slide down and make a splash! Trek through an indoor tropical oasis... Spectacular 27ft. cascading Waterfall surrounded by 40 ft. trees. See it, to believe it. Some like it hot. If you haven’t already tried sauna bathing, your trip to the Hilton Niagara Falls is the perfect incentive. The whirlpool is located adjacent to the waterslide on the 1st floor of Hilton Niagara Falls. Relax and unwind in the soothing sauna or steamroom and let the day melt away. Located adjacent to the Waterpark and Recreation area 1st floor... I may have been less disappointed by the pool if the front counter check-in experience had been more positive. Instead we were 'greeted' by a miserable young man who never said hello or welcome, and who never once looked at me or the children during the whole process of checking in. One saving grace - the beds were incredibly comfortable. If travelling on business and the location was convenient for me, I would consider staying there just for the good nights sleep. Unfortunately I wasn't there on business, so instead of staying the two nights we picked up and left after the first night.

Good, yet had a better stay at other Hiltons
I had a suite and I could not believe I had to pay for the internet, no microwave, no fridge, nothing complimentary. However, amazing Jacuzzi and beds just like any Hilton. For nearly 300.00, It was not worth it.

Stolen items from car parked with Valet
By JOE C, 1/31/08
Parked my car with Valet on New Year's Eve and when it was returned to me over $650 of items were stolen. Items included everything from loose change, work security badge, CDs, Jeans from trunk, phone and GPS rechargers. Hotel accepted no responsibility even though very evident that it was negligence on their part. I have yet to receive a call from management - providing further evidence to the lack of service one can expect. Police recommended I file a civil suit. Neither my wife or I consider it safe to stay at this hotel and we've cut all Hilton's from my business and personal travel plans. If you plan on staying there - Don't!

Had a blast
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/24/07
Location was great; close enough to shopping and the large casino. Staff friendly; hotel clean. Only thing I had a concern about was noise from band playing in front of pizza restaurant at night but other than that the whole experience was enjoyable and we would certainly come back.

A lot of money to sit sideways
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/8/07
We paid $1000 for a 2 night stay in a jacuzzi suite. There are numerous problems with the efficiency of the staff, the design of the room and even the reliability of the internet. First, $1000 for the room. I think maybe we were expecting more of a room and more of a view. They built the FallsView Casino right smack in the middle of the view from the Hilton. So you have American Falls to the left and Canadian (somewhat obstructed) to the right and the Casino right smack in the middle. The room itself wasn't too large and the amenities were very average. The design of the room was atrocious. Not making this up. If you are over six feet tall, you will have trouble sitting on the toilet. The amount of room between the toilet and the shower stall is a foot. I'm 6 foot four, sat sideways. And the jacuzzi takes up half the bathroom, but, and get this, the wall is made of shutters that easily open on their own. So when you are sitting sideways on the bowl, guess what? That's right, kids, the shutters open on their own. Wave to your guests! Come see the freak on the bowl! OK, once you get past the bathroom, it's time to connect to the internet. Well it doesn't work. They switched my room, still didn't work. They gave me an ethernet cable and said plug it into the wall, still didn't work. Had to go to the lobby to make a connection. Hey, while you're down there, check out the men's room, because there you can sit on the bowl, relax a bit, and think about why the heck you're paying $1000 to sit sideways.

Great location and a nice hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/4/07
The Hilton locates right across the street from the Casino with a skywalk to the parking garage of the Casino. You can apply a Casino player's card for free parking, but you have to gamble to validate the player's card, or you will end up paying CA$10 for your parking, which is still lower than Hilton's CA$20 valet per day. The hotel staff are great and you will be able to get a free upgrade if you ask (just do not ask the hotel supervisor) at check-in. The south tower is definitely better than the north tower. You want to face the casino/falls instead of the boring cityview, and the frontdesk usually will accommodate your request. The 33rd floor restaurant has the best view of both falls and you should buy the bounce-back package for free breakfast when you book your hotel reservation. The pool is a great attraction to kids and the waterslide is packed, which opens from 4pm to 10pm.

We will spend every anniversery there!!!
By Bobby,JJ, 5/24/07
We had just gotten married and handled the planning of a 200 guest list wedding .The last thing we needed was anything but ease, elegance and professional courtesy, with some genuinely warm people to make our honeymoon exactly what it should be.That is EXACTLY what we recieved. These people made the best week of our lives(to date:)) perfection.I don't have space here to list all the wonderful things. 10 stars!!!
