This hotel ruined my family vactation!
By ,
We stayed at the hotel on 8/14/09. We were on the 6th floor of the mid-tower. Just several floors under my window, they had a construction going on all night at the hotel - they had somebody breaking concrete at mid-night using jackhammers and saws! I could not get any sleep. Complained to the front desk, and was told that they can not stop the construction. Some guests got a free night stay because of this. I was still charged 50% of the original price for a sleepless night. The manager would not tell why the construction was allowed overnight. When I tried to find out why different guests are charged differently for the same bad experience, she first lied and then refused to talk to me. She was rude!

We'll Never Ever Go Back
By ,
We were greatly disappointed, we paid quite a bit of money to get a 2 bedroom suite. The first night we were there, a fire alarm at 4:00 am. Granted not the hotel's fault, the problem is there was no guidance from the staff of any kind, people were upset and we were acutally out of the hotel before the fire department showed up. Also, during the exit we used the stairwells, and they were disgusting, filthy and full of cigarette butts. The second day, we went out to see the sites, on returning to our room, the cleaning staff left our door ajar. We used the safe to keep our valuables, but still anyone could of been cruising through our room and going through our stuff. We had vouchers for the breakfast buffet, but if you don't remember to bring the vouchers with you...the two lades at the cash are rude and not very accomodating. The lobby is way too small, checkout was a complete nightmare, the staff was rude and we waited a very long time for them to bring our van around for us. The Good..hmmmm...oh yeah, one of the rooms had a beautiful view of the American falls. Also, the beds were comfortable, the pull outs not so much. Never will I stay at a Hilton, they seem to have forgotten that they're in a service industry.

would go back A+
By ,
The likes, best comfortable bed of any hotel.very good view of the falls.front desk very friendly and helpfull and gave free upgrade of our room.short walking distance to the falls view. dislikes... pool is owned by the kids and parents play musical chairs and hog chairs in area.hot tub burned my eyes from being so strong of chlorine. restaurant is very expensive ! most area restaurants are also expensive so be warned.Overall hotel was very nice, clean, friendly people and connected to casino with a covered walkway is very nice for exchanging currency and a shortcut to falls .casino does block the horseshoe falls slightly but not worth getting upset about because it's probabaly the best hotel to see both American and Horseshoe falls at one time from your room. air conditioning is very good and not the cheapo window units that some hotel/motels use.Bathroom is a good size but don't expect to take a shower or sit in the tub with your love one, kinda small for two people. We would stay there again but wish that there were a hour for adults in the pool only with no kids.

Very pleased!
By ,
We had reservations for two nights and when we found out we would be there a day early the hotel extended our stay. We had a beautiful room with jacuzzi and a view of both the American and Canadian Falls. All of the staff from the valets to the desk personnel to the housekeepers were excellent and went above and beyond to assist us with a personal problem we encountered during our stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Our only complaint would be with the new Macaroni Grill----the food was great but the waitress was overworked so our service suffered---another patron also caused quite a scene and that was disruptive. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Won't be going back
By ,
After 4 attempts at getting the room we had booked we final gave up trying and took what they gave us. The front desk staff didn't care that they were unable to come close to honouring our reservation....and still tried to charge us for the suite we had booked but did not receive. A very very dissappointing visit from start to finish, the hotel is very disorganized, if you're waiting for the valet service to bring your car, get comfortable, the first day it was a 35 minute wait, the second day it was 25 minutes. From a dirty pool area, to a snowy picture on the tv, to unfriendly staff, it makes struggle to think of anything positive...as busy as they were the valet staff were still friendly.

Not as impressed as I thought I would be
By ,
It was a nice hotel but there were quite a few faults. Bathroom and jacuzzi were nice. 1. The restaurant is horrible. I was very dissatisfied with my $15 appetizer and didn't even eat a single bite of it. They did not offer anything in regards to this so I ate nothing. Wouldn't even let me trade for a salad. When clearing my plate did not even remark about my untouched food until I complained. (Yes I still paid). 2. I awoke to quite the loud sounds of contruction at 8:30am. So much for sleeping in and relaxing. (Banging and power tools). 3. Didnt have ice machine on same floor. Plus my coffee maker didnt work and sprayed hot steam all over me. 4. Room smelled liked cigarette smoke.

Don't Valet Park your CAR!!!
By ,
We were on vacation July 2008 in Niagara Falls. Stayed at the Hilton for 3 nights. We requested our car from the valet upon checkout only to find the car had been stolen right off the valet parking lot! Hilton comp'd our hotel stay but we're still battling the insurance claim. My $40K car and about $3,000 dollars of electronics and personal items are gone. They have assumed zero responsibility. Book your room at the MARRIOTT!!!!

Great view
By ,
We had a Suite on the 31st floor for two nights with a jacuzzi, which we took no advantage of, but we went into the swimming pool and our kids were very happy with it (except the slide was closed in the morning). And a great view of the falls. Great that everything is in walking distance. Overall a great experience and it was worth the money.

great experience
By ,
I just returned from the Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview. I had a wonderful experience there. I had read other reviews and some were'nt so great. I have nothing bad to say at all. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The pool was wonderful and open late. The hotel is in walking distance to all the attractions. It is connected to the casino which was very convenient. The casino has an excellent breakfast buffet. If you apply for a players card in the casino the buffet is discounted too. I would recommend this hotel.

Best hotel experience to date!
By ,
The staff were beyond curtious, professional and welcoming. They attended to every whim, with pleasure. The location is the best in NIagara Falls. The most comfortable beds. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.
