What great Service!

By new to town, 9/20/09

I am unfamilure with the area and had gotten lost, I called the hotel and they gave me the best directions. When I got back to the hotel the answered all my questions about Sioux Falls, with a smile. The beads and breatfast were also great. We will definately be back!!!!

I have stayed at this hotel almost 40 times in the past two years. Breakfast items seem to run out and are very slow in replenishing. I had a problem with some of the help on my last stay. I have left 7 messages for the area supwervisor to call me. No call yet. I would avoid this hotel when staying in Sioux falls SD. There are plenty of nicer ones with cheaper rates, cleaner, and friendlier and cleaner staff. They have lost my business. Mike Adams choice hotel member MXA16980

Smells Great!

I had an excellent stay here. The staff was most accommodating. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was wonderful to stay in a place that smelled so nice! (Non-smoking establishment) It was quiet and all aspects of the services were well above my expectations with such affordable rates.

We Stayed Twice!

The rooms were very nicely decorated and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. You were able to get in the hot-tub and pool without saying, "oh! that's too hot...or that's too cold!"(it was comfortable and warm) We liked it so much we stayed there on the way to the Black Hills and again on the way back. The wireless internet had a good, steady connection.

It was great

My Daughter and I had a very nice time, it was quiet and clean, the pool was just the right tempature and the sauna was nice, I would gladly recommend it to others needing a place to stay. I would also like to say that the staff that was on the two days we were there were very awesome people... you could tell they liked thier jobs along with helping people anyway they could.

This is an awesome motel. The price is right. The room s are large. The staff is very friendly. I have been staying there on and off for 2 years and I will not stay no where else. If there is a problem which is few and far between they will fix it right away

this hotel was quiet, clean, and close to shopping, pool is somewhat small, breakfast fine, overall a good nights stay!

avoid at all cost, would not even let my in-laws stay there. If your looking for a quit room please look elsewhere
