I could not wait to complain about the bad service!!!

Hotel is under reconstruction as it has been sold to another Hotel chain (Hilton?). So, no interest in providing a good service. As soon as we checked in, we were informed that they could not respect what was written in the Yahoo reservation. "they always have the wrong and old information about the hotel....". So, although I have reserved for two queen beds I was (after discussing the issue for some time...) give a two double beds suite.
One more example of bad service : TV remote control did not have batteries, there were never provided although it was requested at least three times... Not a big deal...But again no interest in giving service to people who are sharing with them lag of confort provided by the construction going on....
