Hotel staff was extremely friendly, not only on the phone, but once we got there. The rooms were very clean, location was EXCELLENT! Walking distance--KMart, Best Buy, Home Town Buffet, Starbucks, KFC Chicken, Sizzler, Albertsons, Kinkos, etc. etc. every thing you needed was within walking distance. Manager and staff were always eager to help. Make sure and bring your own hairdryer, though. The price, location, and cleanliness will definitely make this our home base when visiting the Oakland and San Francisco area. Very convenient to all major highways.
