Days Inn Sweetwater Lost at Sea, Sweetwater

My fiancee and I stayed here in July 2007 while in the area on business. We walked in with a coupon at about 10PM at night, and got a king room upstairs. The front desk clerk, Pat, was excellent. Hotel and room were clean and relatively quiet. The bed was comfortable. The TV has 80 cable channels. Room included a dorm-sized refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer. The free high speed internet wired access was easily accessible. The only problems we encountered were the pool (really needs to be cleaned and remarcited), our room keycards stopped working the second day (easily rectified by getting new cards), and the toilet tank had a small leak (which my fiancee fixed). Daybreak Lite breakfast included cereals, bananas, bagels, toast, apple & orange juice, coffee, milk, and waffles. It was kind of sparse but met our expectations. This hotel earned a "5 Sunburst" rating, as well as a "Chairman's Award" recently. The next time we're in the area, we'll stay here again.
