I recently stayed in this hotel and the service was good. Very friendly people. The room was very clean and inviting. The layout of the room was great, the large, sepereated rooms were nice. During my stay, I only experienced two problems with everything. The first was that, although clean, the bedding had an odor. We couldnt decide what the smell was. And the other problem was that there was only one towel and I put in my reservations that there were 2 adults. This may be standard, but it isn't considerate...and hospitality is their job! So, all in all, I would stay here again. The price was great and the room was great. Next time I will know to bring Febreeze or my own bedding (ha) and I will request an extra towel when signing in or making my reservation.

Great stay experience

The room I stayed in was very large, with a separate shower and toilet from the dressing/vanity area. The heating and cooling was controlled by a wall thermostat, not the big air conditioners that blow the curtains around. There is a very good restaurant with fair rates right on the grounds. The hotel is right on a main roadway so you can get to and from it very easily.

Only because I have to

They never give you the room you want, such as a king size bed, downstairs, or non smoking...never seems to be available. The heat/air is one big unit, so if it is not turned on in the entire building forget about heat. There is always something missing in the room---remote for the TV, room service menu, channel menu. Perkins has horrible food for the price and when you order room service you will be lucky to get condiments, silverware or ice in your drink not to mention the slow service. The front desk personel is always nice. It is great they have mini fidges and microwaves along with coffee pots for your conveneince and now the offer wireless Internet which is a plus, because the Ramada staff is always using the one computer in what is called their "business center". It is conveniently located to many eating establishments.
