The first young lady @ the front counter was very helpful, a nice girl. BUT, the young lady the next morning, I think she was angry @ the world because she had to work! Not even a Hello, Thank you or Good bye...BUT PLEASE, don't let that stop you. The rooms are clean, quiet, everything was great. The breakfast was very good & the woman that works there (a native New Yorker) was absolutely the friendlyiest thing ya could wish for... I would stay ther again in a heartbeat. The pool was clean, no one was really around, & the couples that were there were very respectable. They have a place to BBQ right there @ the pool, just like you're at home... We loved it & will go again...

What Suites?

We have stayed at this Best Western twice. We like the location. The service at the front desk was lacking. We stopped by the breakfast room, the fresh waffles smelled great. The hotel is located close to shopping, and the freeway. Overall the rooms were comfortable and clean.
