Howard Johnson Lima, Lima

This place is great. Our kids spent all weekend in the pool and ate breakfast in the rest each morning. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. My 5 year old son forgot his beach ball for the pool, a front desk clerk overheard him talking and he went out and bought one for us. Awesome!!!!!

Checked into a disgustingly smoked smelled room. Called desk to have a air cleaning device brought in and they offered to move us to different room. Everyone in our party had the same problem with their rooms,too. Bed sheets, towels, everything stunk. Wyndham needs to clean this place up!!

We checked into the hotel and went to our room and it had never been cleaned. So they move us to another room and people had been smoking in the room the night before and they had tried to cover up the smell, there was no way we could have stayed in the second room. So they move us to a third room, and it was fine except it could have been a lot cleaner. We went to turn on the TV, no remote contol. So we called the front desk and they brought us a remote. We did find 3 live bugs in the bath room. The next morning when we took showers, the drain was plugged so we took showers standing in six inches of dirty water. The carpets in the hall ways were stained in several places. I am not one to say much but this holiday inn is very poorly managed. I just think others need to know before paying their rates at this hotel.

They are scam artists. A beer is 3.25 plus tax = 3.47 but they round up to 3.50 and pocket the extra for each drink sold. Its the same with all alcohol sales. The only way to avoid it is to pay with a credit card.

I STAYED THERE AND DID NOT CARE FOR LOUNGE SERVICE. ERIC WAS UPITY ACTING, BUT WAS NICE TO THE FEMALE HE WORKED WITH. HE WAS THE "I AM GREATEST" ATTITUDE TYPE. VERY COCKY TOO. WHEN I STAYED THERE BEFORE I REALLY ENJOYED IT AND THE OTHER BARTENDER WAS THERE, MUCH NICER PERSON. IF I DO STAY AGAIN AND MR. UPITY IS THERE I WILL NOT EVEN GO INTO THE LOUNGE I WILL GO ELSEWHERE.

This place is awesome! i liekd the service and the food is great! great place for meetings and fmily fun. I will be going back

$90.00 laundry bill, w/o warning. no good excuse for this @ desk. passed the blame. nice room, pool etc.
