Lack of quality control/supervision of staff

Toothpast on walls, noisey bath fan, dust/hair/scum on phone, extra ice bucket and trash in corner behind chair, found a live gecko on the bed, will charge you for the security safe unless you read the sign and ask them to take it off. Property is worn and needs updating. Not at the level that I would expect from Red Roof Inn. Only good point was that they let me stash my bags at the front desk while i was at the convention center.
 
 
 
 
 
Loved it!

Despite the negative comments, I was just here last week and stayed for five days...I was upgraded for free, room was very clean, a/c was powerful, tiny bathroom but clean, housekeeping was on point and very friendly!! Staff was professional and friendly as well. Overall I would recommend this motel for anybody restaurants right across the walk way and International Drive is very nice and Live! What a dump!

This place has just two things to recommend it--it's fairly cheap and it's located near the convention center. But beware--you get what you pay for. The place is seedy looking and the room amenities non-existent. There's no hairdryer, no in-room coffee, no iron or ironing board, and no tissues, for starters. Toiletries consist of two tiny bars of soap and a squeeze packet of shampoo. The walkways around the property are dusty and stained, and the wooden staircases to the upper level look like they are on their last legs. The view overlooks a major highway, there's no restaurant on the property, and the pool and pool furniture are old and tired. Oh, and you have to buy wireless access--no freebies here.

Very nice stay

If you need to stay close to the Convention Center it is the place to be!!! Newly renovated Only con the pool could use some work. Some tile needed to be replaced.

Great Deal!

May 1995 - I was attending a conference next door at the Rosen Centre where the total cost for a room was $219.87 per night (including 5$ parking + a $1.91 surcharge per day - I stayed there 5 days). Because a room was not available for the 6th night and I noticed last time that the Red Roof Inn was right next door, I stayed there that 1 extra night. The total cost there was only $90.30 (with free parking and no surcharge added.) The room was small with no coffee maker or other extra's but it was a great deal.

Nice Place

The room was clean and comfy both me and my wife and her parents stayed there and was very nice,the only complaint is that the desk was close to the bed and bathroom was small but it was a good experience,The pool and hot tub was perfect,the levels was awsome so clear and well maintain. I wil stay there again.The air condition was awsome since I love cool air it worked perfectly..

What a great place!

We had to go to a convention last July, all the hotels they advertised were $150 and above - well - we found this Red Roof Inn and it was WONDERFUL! It was CLOSER to the Convention Center than any others, closer to restaurants; both fast food and nicer ones and we even had a little store across the street! All of this for UNDER $50 a night! Value Priced Inn of High Quality

This motel offers one of the most convenient locations in Orlando. Adjacent to the Orlando Convention Center, it has some nice restaurants right in easy walking distance. It is right near the Bee line and I-4 so it's easy to get to the airport/spacecoast as well as the theme parks or downtown Orlando. It is well out of the International Drive hub bub and triffic while still being on I-Drive and in easy reach of all the attractions there.

It's like a new hotel
