BEST WESTERN Voyageur Place Hotel, Newmarket

I came for a wedding for the weekend and you expect all limited service hotels to provide what are now industry standards i.e complimentary breakfast, indoor pool, gym. , however apparently its not provided here. Well they did offer us access to a gym off-site, but still asking your guest to use an off-site gym. Not happy for paying close to $200.00 a night. Rooms definitely need updating. You can't always tell your guest that you are a quaint, charming hotel. What you really are is cheap! Now if it still was in the late 80's yes this hotel would meet the modern travelers needs. However, it's almost 2010. Get with it! In short I cut my stay short and went to the Holiday Inn Express to enjoy the rest of my weekend.
