The place is reasonably clean, safe and has good service. The hotel staff speak good English. I noticed that they had armed security guards at the entrance of the parking lot and the doorman dressed in traditional Punjab dress with a black fanlike hat. The restaurant is basic and serves a menu of local dishes as well as "American" breakfast. The hotel in general and the room I stayed in was quite clean and the furniture was in good condition. Not the cheapest hotel in Lahore but it has higher standards than other Pakistani hotels I've stayed at. During periods of heavy rain the street in front of the hotel becomes flooded!

The room condition especially bath room 000% from 100 cleanliness and bed room was so small I will give 30% from 100 and the food is good 90% from 100and staff good. Privacy no grantee it’s up to your risk there is no any security camera on the floor. There is still manual key for opening the door lock. There is no service comparing to your money you paying. So I am really sorry to say if you will go there with families you will feel bad where you came. I feel shame on me where I bring my family. I cannot explain it in words if you don’t believe on me then you will believe after your visit.

The locals will tell you that it is a good hotel, however there is a vast difference between the expectations of a poor local from the village and someone from the west. If you are from the west you will find this hotel very disappointing, it is unclean, food is barely acceptable, though I found the staff very helful polite and courteous. There are no facilities, and is rather expensiver for what it has to offer. Some of the rooms have been decorated, but even then by western standards are poor, one room I was offered, I refused to stay an hour let alone a night. If you are from a village then of course this would be good to luxorious, but if you are used to westeren standards, it is poor, and even by bed and breakfast type outlets it is poor. Staff are friendly, the hotel is unclean to the point of being unhygenic. Its just not worth what they charge.

WENT AND BOOKED IN , RESEPTION AREA WAS NICE SO I THOUGHT SO WILL BE THE ROOMS . WHEN I GOT INTO THE ROOM IT WAS DISCUSTING . DIRTY CARPETS AND TOILET . THEY CHARGED ME 16000RS . I WENT AND COMPLAINED AND DIDNT GET A REFUND . SO I DECIDED TO LEAVE . WENT TO THE PC HOTEL JUST ROUND THE CORNER ON MALL ROAD AND PAID 12000RS AND GOT A BEUTIFULL ROOM AND IT WAS A GREAT STAY . DONT USE THIS HOTEL ITS A TOTAL RIPPOFF AND NOT WORTH IT .

be cautious when you stay there. one of my tailor-made linen white shirt was missing, so was a bottle of beer in the fridge (only foreigners are allowed to purchase beer), a box of Oreo cookies, etc.. my letter with a cheque inside to pay for credit card payment was never delivered and therefore i had to pay a hefty late fee. the pool? was never opened, though the reception staff kept on saying it will be open the next day. but the restaurant staff was very professional and always ready to refill my tea.

This hotel has a good reputation from some of the locals. However if you are used to western standard hotels you will be disappointed, in terms of cleanliness and facilities. Some of the rooms have been refurbished and are only just acceptable, others I would not house my dog in. The staff were courteous, food is generally satisfactory, but not much choice. Advise ask to see the room before you register and pay your deposit, even if you have to wait an hour etc, as some rooms are disgusting. Rooms on the third floor are acceptable only just by western standards, remember you are being charged western prices. if you are from a village in Pakistan you this hotel will feel like luxury, but that opinion is the oposite if you are used to western standards of service and cleanliness. Not really recommend for families. Hope this helps.

Our family stayed there once, and I don't think we will stay there again. The rooms smelt of mold and the beds and blankets were damp. We requested a room change and the new room was the same. Food and service was OK. Nothing great....
