the best value for money hotel in bali, great location, lovely pools, have stayed there 3 times and loved it each time .

dont know what is person was on we jusy came back from here, the staff we great & very helpful,drinks prices a bit expensive,but our room was just fine we had no problems,the pools were great my kids loved it.

three beds for four people. Flies covering all food at breakfast, had to eat out after already paying for breakfast.No blankets, three pillows between four people. Had to ring housekeeping seven, yes 7 times to get toilet paper. Two towels for 4 people, got told where i could buy towels because they had no more. Day 4 sheets finally changed sheets after much complaining.Floors not washed entire stay. The only and i mean only possitive was the swimming pools, even though tiles surrounding pool very slippery from mould. Pool towels all stunk of mould, no hot water in shower for first 3 days. Microwave broken, 2days to fix. Airconditioner leaked until the day we left. But worst of all, they made my children feel very unwelcome by frowning every time we walked through the lobby.I have stayed in many different hotels in Bali and have never encounted such filthy conditions. If this is the only hotel available to you in Bali then i urge to stay home.

dont bother putting this hotel on your list. should be a 1 star. no service , rooms are second rate. breakfast if you could call it that was a waste. best thing was leaving each day to eat out side of hotel. not real kid friendly. believe new management and things gone backwards. went with friends who have been here 5 times. they have said it has gone to the dogs and they will never go back.

loved everything about it, i cant wait to go back. you would have to be crazy not to. everyone should try it. the pool is beautiful at night and nice to just laqy around and put your feet up.

The Jayakarta was in an awesome location. The staff were so friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The pools were great. My third time to bali and I would definately stay there again.

i loveed it. It was the best for my first time to bali i left with a great smile on my face because of the great time i had. I will be going back next year and all of the staff were just sooooo nice and sweet to me it was a great time to go as well. the only thing that was bad was the walk from the apparment to the pools it was really long.

near to seasand and have a great swimming pool! the services are kindly. the facilities are complete enough. but the room in the pool view is more smallest than garden view. the hotel is near to shopping centre.
