Sutton Park Inn, Kincardine

Overpriced, shabby, some rooms cold and others too hot. Found a part bottle of liquor left in the room

We needed a motel at the last minute and they had room, so we were grateful to find them. However, I agree with other reviews that rooms are 'tired' and way too expensive for what you get. The room was certainly clean enough, but it had that worn out feel (well done cleaning staff as it can't be easy to keep the place up to standard).

We were so disappointed after reading their discription--we found no security lock for the door,the place was dull and we had to spray the room. A lamp did not work and we found the plug behind the couch not plugged in--also it had not be cleaned for sometime. There was old chewed gum etc on the floor. The bathroom had a worn out tub, poor running shower and no hook on the back of the door. The bed sheets were to small for the bed, therefore they would not stay on. We would not recommend this place to anyone. Any renovations were done in the lobby and were very nice but we can't sleep in the lobby. This was not worth $119.00 a night. Don't waste your money.

The price was very fair, and the rooms were beautiful. There was a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker in the room which was very convenient. All of which were complimentary. The owners and staff were very friendly. They also offered free long distance calls from the lobby which was very useful since I had to make a number of calls that night. The lounge was very nice and the service was great. The meal I ate was absolutely amazing though I dont remember what it was called. I cant wait to go back to Kincardine just so I can say hello and have a good meal!
