It Is The Best Hotel In Muncie...

Which is not saying much, because Muncie is the worst hotel city I have passed through in a long time. The folks are really nice and the wifi is a plus. But the rooms are old and cleanliness is ok.

will never go back again

my family travels to muncie several times a year and always stays at the signature inn. unfortunately after the last trip we will NEVER return!!! customer service was horrible and the management was unwillng to do anything to accomodate us after giving our rooms away.

We Will be coming Back soon!!

The hotel staff was amazing. We talked with Mark Rumschik and Courtney Watson, the front desk supervisor, while we were checking in and they were very friendly and helped us with everything. The rooms looked great also. Overall great stay...because of the front desk staff we will be coming back. See you again in a year. Michael, OH
