Disgusting

If you are glutton for punishment, like a smelly unclean room with both roach and mice droppings, this is for you. No amount of savings is worth staying here and the staff was not so great. Even the elevator was damaged and smelly. Should be condemed as uninhibitable. Hated it. Checked out within 15i mins of checking in.

I have read other reviews & am baffled by the negative comments.. Very clean; very pleasant, very prompt & good service; direct access to beach. One problem was discovered uppon my arrival, it was repaired before I had unpacked. I rented from an Owner & did not have to pay for parking which does seem a bit steep. But lots of other freebees including daily breakfast & news paper. One weakness was the comfort of both the main bed & more so with the pull out couch.

I was charged $900.00 for six rooms and I did not spend one night there!!

I was charged $900.00 for SIX rooms I NEVER stayed in, I did not spent one night in this place! The manager Ms. Mendoza is VERY RUDE when I tried to speak with her, she hung up on me. Would not tell me the owners name or give me a number to call. My bank is investigating this incident!

decent place. you get what you pay for, half of the staff only spoke spanish and some others were very rude. most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept on.

rooms are small, no parking $20 for valet, room and elevators smelled really bad ( had to buy freshner) clean rooms to fullest and elevators. I will never come back to this place.

Last year 2004 my Husband and I went b/c we knew of someone that owned a timeshare there. We enjoyed ourselfs alot, we were offered a free limo ride down to south beach(10 min. away) and a $50 gift certificate to one of the finest restaurants in south beach. I can say that they are alot of Homeless walking around, but hey that's everywhere. Overall it was a good expierence the housekeeping came and cleaned the room every morning only if we wanted them to. The only thing that we didn't like was the renovation, but they have to do it sometime. So my point is You get what you paid for, don't expect alot for so little.

Ok, if you want a cheap hotel!

Stains in the sheets.
Lots of construction going on.
One Elevator
Old appliances.
This is a good CHEAP hotel! Not worth $85.00
Be ready to pay $10.00 a night for parking.
Stingy on Soap and Free breakfast.
Good Gym!!!!
