Hotel needs upgrade
I have stayed here several times on business, (reservations were made by the main office of the company, I work for). Every time I come back it gets worse. First off when you register they don't even welcome you to the hotel. Go down the hallway to your room and you get hypothermia because there is no heat in the hallways. The rooms are not maintained. I have had rooms where the heater doesn't work, the referigerator doesn't work, the tv has poor picture, there is a layer of dust around the baseboards, food and dust balls under the beds, horrible back wrenching mattress to sleep on, dirty windows and mirrors,clock radios/alarm that don't work, and so on. The pool is so-so and the hot tub is only warm. The only perk is the Mermaid when meeting clients. On check out they don't even ask how your stay was. To top it off, they have NEVER, in the several times that I have stayed there is say THANK-YOU upon checking out. Never!!!!! Not professional at all.
