Iberotel Palace Sharm El Sheikh, Sharm El Sheikh

This hotel is fantastic for couples , we loved the closeness of old sharm and the souk (market) has to be visited for a real feel for the culture of this beautiful country. The hotel is fantastic the staff willing and eager to meet your every need , we miss Sam ( Happy Days)and his wonderful animation team. We will be back

This hotel is just perfect,on arrival we were greeted with a cold towel & a cold fruit juice drink as we checked in, our luggage was taken to our very huge room, were we had a bottle of wine, flowers, basket of fruit and cake,the fridge was restocked daily with bottled water & cans of soft drinks inc in the A/I package,all the staff cant do enough for you they were always pleasant & helpful, we just cant fault anything, spotlessly clean everywhere, clean bed linen and towels daily, location is just perfect, spotless beach, the food is very good with differant themes daily & lots of choice, even our laundry was included washed pressed & returned on hangers same day,old sharmh shopping centre is just across the road and the market is just behind that, we felt comfortable & safe walking around it, yes bit of friendly hassle, but we have to remember its just there way of life.i could go on & on, we will return to this hotel, we loved it.

Really lovley hotel and on the beach. Food excellent! Pool excellent! Rooms excellent! Thought that the Reception Staff could be a little better. The only thing i could fault the hotel for was that you couldnt order food (or even a sandwich) at the pool. You always had to move from your sunbed to a restarant. the location was amazing, it is in the middle of old sharm which was great for shopping and right by the side of the sea with a private beach.All the people were extremely friendly and were so helpful. i would reccomend this holiday to anyone looking for a great holiday.

Having had a bad experience with Thompson a couple of years ago we undertook this holiday with some trepidation. However, it more than lived up to our expectations. The hotel is ideally situated, right on the beach, near the marina (but not too close), near the old town which we found really great to walk round. Did not feel at all pressured in to buying anything very friendly. Everything about the hotel was excellent the food good with plenty of choice, very clean nevery anything lying around everything cleaned away very quickly. The staff were very helpful and friendly and couldnt do enough to help. Plenty of facilities at the hotel for you to enjoy and I must say I did enjoy them all. Overall a very good,value for money holiday and I cant wait to go back and meet the friends that we made there again. January 2007

fantastic hotel will be back again we stayed there on 13nov2006 for one wk. warm welcome staff were very frendly hotel high standard.beutifull location.u will never get board shopping,night out fantastic everthing is good weather was great bit chilly at nite but very good.people are very frendly,but watch out with guys in market the charg u extra three times as original price but the dont harm though.but we will b back.and i recommend 2 all

Westayed at this hotel in March 2006, It was brilliant. The rooms are spacious and very well presented. The staff are so friendly and really cannot do enough for you. The food is ggggreat. There is a little boat that takes you to the coral reef (About 3 mins away, that leaves every 30 mins) The snorkelling is amazing!! This hotel is suitable for those looking for a relaxing holiday. When we went there wasn't much in the way of live entertainment. There was a 30 min show one evening which was good and the other evenings there was a singer in one of the bar areas. Namaa Bay is about ten mins away, the hotel offers a free bus service which we used a couple of times. the palace is right opposite the entrance to old town which we enjoyed walking around far more than Namaa Bay. Basically we felt this hotel was suitable for couples looking for a quietish, comfortable high standard hotel, with super food, staff and facilities. We will certainly be going again !!!

Fabulous hotel with really attentive staff. There was no 'baksheesh' culture that is so often prevalent in Egyptian hotels which made the whole experience even more pleasurable. The hotel is a stones-throw from the old town market and provides a much welcomed break from the hustle and bustle the old town brings. Definitely going back as it was the first holiday I've ever had where I relaxed from day one. Go to the town and eat out at night - GBP �14.00 for a seafood platter for two! For a brighter nightlfe, head to Naama Bay but we liked the chilled back feel of the shisha's near the hotel!
