If you need a place that is good on price but decent, this is it. its clean and friendly amazing price and location

The price was amazing, i was expecting much less than what i got for what i spent. rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Breakfast is great. Don't have anything bad to say about the place.

My wife & I have stayed several times and have been well pleased with the rooms, location, amenities and continental style breakfast. We are planning on staying again real soon.

We come annually to regina for work and rent upwards of 12 rooms for a period of a month each year. There was no housekeeping on the weekends, and when they did clean the rooms they just straightened up a little. No vacuuming, didn't change the sheets on our beds for over a week, and laundry service dosn't exist. There is one washer and one dryer for the whole hotel to share, (coin operated) and you find the hotel using it half the time to wash towels. The air conditioning dosn't work, light bulbs are dead in night stand lights, and the rooms are so dry it's hard to breath in the middle of the night. When I brought this to the hotel staffs attention they just laughed and shrugged, "sorry, there's nothing we can do." UNEXCEPTABLE! All in all, I wouln't ever stay there again, and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

The room was clean and quiet but I did not like the breakfast. All it was, was toast or begel to eat. That is not a breakfast. That is a snack. For the most important meal of the day, it was a joke.
