What's not to like? As seniors, we stay in hotels a minimum of 10 nights per year while travelling to and from Florida. We happened upon The Hampton Inn Newcomerstown and truly it was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in a long time! From checking in with Tabitha at the Front Desk, to check out with Gerald the General Manager the following morning. Tabitha, as Manager, was having a small Welcome Reception as we checked in which we took advantage off even before going to our room. It was totally unexpected, delicious and most welcome as we really didn't like the idea or having to go out for dinner. We were late arrivals and she still insisted we have a light snack and beverage and kept it open so that we could do so! Upon retiring to our rooms we found them to be spotless and immaculate, the beds very, very comfortable and everything we required was there for a good night's rest. Free internet connection was included and I was personally quite impressed by the cushion to place your lap-top upon. We took advantage of both the pool, whirlpool and the exercise area that evening and again all were extremely clean and well cared for! The next morning we went down for a delicious and abundant breakfast. The young lady working in that area was most helpful and gracious. It was quite evident that she loved her job and working there. Would we return again? Absolutely!! I would recommend this location to couples and families and will be certain to stay in at Hampton Inn Newcomerstown again later this year.

My husband, elderly parents and I stayed here this past weekend. We were pleasantly suprised by the professional, caring employees and services this hotel provides! Not only did we have the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in but we also experienced the MOST friendly and helpful employees. This hotel is wonderful dealing with handicapped guests and they also provide an enormous array of hot and cold breakfast items, FREE of charge! A fantastic experience all around!
