This hotel is great. Breakfest was great all though they could cook real eggs. I rate this hotel as a 10. The staff is awsome. The rooms are great size and come with a full kitchen. They could upgrade their dvd players. Everything was great including the price.

Great facilities and rooms/not as wonderful staff

The rooms were wonderful and better than expected! They were clean, spacious and full of everything we needed for our one night stay. The pool was smaller than the pictures on their website but the pool area was clean and well stocked. Chlorine was a little strong but overall the pool was great too. The breakfast buffet was so worth the money spent on the room! The woman that was running the buffet was rude at one point telling my boyfriend to 'move, move, move' so she could refill the juices but later I realized she was the only one keeping the entire buffet stocked and making waffles too! The food was plentiful, tasted great and there was a huge variety available! Anything you could think of (other than pancakes) was available. There is a small store open 24 hours and that was nice except for the fact that when we were there about midnight, we couldn't get the desk clerk's attention for about 10 minutes to pay for my chapstick. At one point we called the front desk to try and get another blanket and after 3 attempts of letting it ring several times within 30 minutes, we finally went to the front desk to find the clerk on the couch watching TV and clearly ignoring the phones. On the upside, I would stay there again, I would recommend it and next time I would probably express my frustration with the staff before I leave so they can have a chance to correct it. This hotel really is a wonderful place and I'm glad we stayed.

Will stay here again!

This is the second Staybridge Suites we've stayed at, and we will definitely stay here again. We had a two bedroom suite that was very clean and comfortable and perfect for a weekend. MUCH better than trying to get two adjoining standard rooms at a regular hotel! The pool and spa tub were great too. The kids had a great time with those. My only complaint was that there weren't enough tables for breakfast. We ended up having to take our breakfast back up to our room on one of the mornings. Otherwise, a great stay in a great location near the shopping centers on France Ave. and the MoA.

Awesome!!!!

What can I say but WOW!!! I was very impressed with the 2 bed, 2 room smoking suite we got. Lots of room, good air circulation for the smokers (couldn't even tell you were in a room of smokers). Nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable!! Loved the fact that there was a kitchenette in there, was able to keep our drinks cold and didn't have to walk far for our ice (right out of the fridge). Loved the fact that they had free supper and breakfast during the week. What an awesome place! Will definitely stay there again when we are up in the Bloomington/Minneapolis area!!! Keep up the good work!

Very Pleased!

My daughter and I travel to the cities about 4 times a year. This hotel was wonderful! We'll definately stay here again and we'll refer this hotel to others!! We had a Queen Suite and it was very spacious! The bed was so comfortable! And the price I paid for this room was much cheaper than other hotels that just have standard rooms! The pool area was awesome too!

The 2 room suite was exactly what we needed to separate us from the kids (and inlaws). Very comfortable. Wish you had one across the street from the Excel Energy Center than we could stay there during the State High School Hockey Tournament.
