Best Ever!!

The personnel were all terrific and so very helpful! We were so impressed with the thoughtful amenities and all of the locations cleanliness. We took 50th Anniversary guests and they were too very impressed. The breakfast was great and we will surely return anytime we stay in the Shreveport Area --- A real Five-Star location! Wanda D. Don't stay here

The staff was polite, but totally uniformed. I was put in a room that had a problem with mold. The cleaning lady told me that she had noticed it upon cleaning for several months. The mold was so bad that it triggered bad headaches and I finally asked to switch rooms. I had business papers delivered to the front desk. When I asked for the papers, they could not find them. Later it seems that the staff had opened my envelope and taken out some of the documents. I was able to replace the documents, but I feel that there was an invasion of privacy. Unstead of complaining to their home office, I just never intend on staying at any of their properties.

Hotel with a touch of class (4 Stars)

This hotel is on the map... The staff was nice and they were there when you call. It felt almost like home. The room, bathroom, kitchen etc... was so clean. The breakfast was good, you make your own waffles, and they even had french toast, now that was good. I really wanted bacon, but other then that it was perfect to the T... They even have dinner in the evening and you met the rest of the guest in the hotel. It was wonderful. This hotel can pass for a four star hotel... Outside and inside was lovely, my husband and I will be back and that is a fact...
