Holiday Inn Expste E Greenbush, Rensselaer

dislike upon our arrival our reservation was taken by a stay over when we confirmed our reservation 3 weeks prior. i was stressed about going to the doctors and being scheduled for surgery and then being told our reservation was taken by a stay over. i feel i was being discriminated because when i wanted to stay over from a revious stay i was told the room was reserved. the staff at the front desk kept trying to put us in a room with 1 bed when we requested 2. why pay 148.00 and sleep on a roll out couch. why make reservations and the desk clerks and put some one else in your place. so reservations mean NOTHING!!!!!!!

lovely view only wished for an outdoor pool for children rooms were exceptionally clean bed was the most comfortable ever slept in pillows out of this world breakfast was tasty clean atmosphere would definitely go back

This hotel was convenient to I-90. We used the hot tub and indoor pool in evening. Fitness room was limited to a couple of treamills and maybe a stationary bike, but it was adequate for a morning workout. Continental breakfast was better than most...a top 10%. Bed quality was very good. I've stayed in expensive hotels with worse beds.
