Country Hearth Inn Knightdale, Knightdale

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Our reservation was correct. The hotel was recently renovated. It was exactly what we needed.

There were several problems that started right when I checked in. Although they found my name in their computer system, they claimed that I did not have a reservation. They tried to accomodate me with a room so they asked which room I would like to stay. I requested a King Suite, and they said that it was unavailable. I then asked for just a non-smoking room, and they said that it was unavailable. When I finally got to a room, I found that it came with free peanuts...on the floor..and they were from a previous guest. The room was not cleaned. It was a very bad experience, and I will never be staying there again.

We booked most of our out of town guest to our wedding here. The staff and manager were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure everyones stay was very pleasent. Although this is a simple hotel without a lot of extra amenities, it certainly met or exceeded our needs. We thought it was the best value in the area.

They got our reservation wrong. The rooms were not clean. One day our room was not cleaned at all. Another day the bed was made up without a top sheet. The staff was rude and surly. We visit this area often but will never go back to this hotel.

The staff was very helpful. Rooms were not the greatest but still clean and up kept. Continental breakfast was creative and had fast wireless internet connection. I would definetly recommend this hotel to a friends and family.

This place was fantastic. I have no idea what the person was talking about that complained against the staff of the hotel. They were very nice and helpful and we are looking forward to going back. WOnderful place, wonderful people, wonderful environment. The rooms were clean, the staff respectful, there are no words to explain their hospitality. They shared food, stories, and were great with directions.

Having gone to this Inn at least six(6)times in the past two(2)years. We initially reserved the room for Saturday night but called back the next day and also requested Friday night. We requested a jacuzzi suite and were assured when we asked that we would have the same room for both nights. Upon arriving at the Inn we were told we had reservations for Friday night but we would have to change rooms on Saturday night. They then said they "shuffled things around and were going to put us in the Presidential Suite at no additional charge and she "thought"it had a jacuzzi. After lugging our belongings up to the second floor..(no elevator), we found that this suite had no jacuzzi tub. The manager did not know how to switch the rooms on the computer, after 30-40 minutes she finally switched us to a handicapped room. This room had no place to hang up hangup clothes except this old broken steel rack on wheels held together by duct tape (yes really)when you hung up clothes it would almost tip over. Two of the lights in the room did not work and only one side of the jets on the jucuzzi worked, it also had a broken recliner chair. On Saturday night the ceiling in the room started leaking and we were informed by the attendent that their was no one she could call and refused to come to the room to see the severity of the leak. The water was leaking out around a light in the ceiling. The attendent offered to put us in another room but this was around 9:00pm and we figured if we were going to pack up we may as well just leave so we checked out. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

Perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of our everyday life and the kids! We loved the jacuzzi tub!! It was a little hard to find at first but now that we know where it is, we will be returning very soon!

The rooms were very clean and sold at a very reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and gave great service with wonderful customer satisfaction. It is a quiet hotel set back from the road and away from the noise and hustle bustle of the highway. The location was great because it wasnt in raleigh but only 10 minutes from raleigh. Great place to go and im looking forward to going back. Internet connection was amazingly fast.
