My worst hotel experience

For starters expensive for the kind of room it was. I made my reservation through a search engine and not directly through them and the communication between those 2 was not a good one at all. From now on I dont think I will use third parties like that anymore. But when I first got there they gave me a handicapped room which would have been ok except for the no shower. I had to ask to be changed. And then for personal reasons I had to check out early and the general manager didnt even know what to do. In my previous experiences they just send you a check with the refund but this was not the case. I still havent received my money back for the nights I didnt stay. The general manager was mean and unhelpful. I wouldnt go back even if I had to sleep in my car.
