More than it seems

This hotel is made to look like a paradise, but is far from it. They advertise fresh fruit for breakfast, but have canned fruit cocktail. The staff is o.k., but I met with the owner and general manager and both are not very friendly at all. My room had bed bugs and hair in the bathroom floor and toilet, I was over charged and the staff could not fix the problem and said management had to do it.Management said they had to look into it, meanwhile they were holding my funds!! The pics on the website must be from when they first opened, because it does not look like that any more. I would never stay here again. What a disgrace to Bestwestern's.
