***Beware Bed Bugs Room 211

The hotel was very clean and the staff was professional. My children and I were very impressed until I noticed a bug that bit my finger. I took it to the night shift worker and he denied that it was a bed bug. Then after inspecting the room with the night worker, no more were seen. Not even seconds later, I seen a bed bug next to my sleeping 3 year old and tried to scoop it up off the pillow until it burst and there was blood all over the pillow. I was purely sickened. We were moved to the third floor and never seen a bug. My children didn't fall asleep until after 3 AM and I ended up staying up the entire night on "bed bug patrol."
