Comfort Inn and Suites Ft Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale

Rooms filthy with mold/mildew stains on bathroom floors, stains on walls, etc. Had booked hotel rooms (3 rooms) 3 months in advance requesting all non-smoking double rooms, was given 1 non-smoking double, 1 non-smoking single, and a smoking double that smelled so bad we went to Walgreens for candles and air freshener just to tolerate being in there. Asked for more pillows, told they were too busy and didn't have any more. Wound up having to stay in Miami when our convention was in Ft. Lauderdale, just to be able to accomodate all of us, because their errors and lack of planning occurred on a weekend when all the hotels in town were booked. Hot tub might hold 2 small adults, and that is assuming it is actually clean and useable on the day you arrive.
