Elaf Taibah Hotel, Madinah

The hotel is close to the Prophet's mosque and to other facilities such as shopping and food outlets. However, rooms are not done everyday. Hotel staff very friendly. However, finding a place for breakfast in the morning is sometimes difficult. There is a rush at around between 8.15 and 9 a.m

an ideal place for families to stay during umrah visit.Me and my family stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel is very comfortable and clean.The rooms are wide enough and most of them give a beautiful view of Masjid-e-Nabvi.There is no shopping are within the hotel but most stores like bindawood and some european brands can be easily located in movenpik and taibah center(a 2-5 minutes walk from the hotel).The breakfast was also very good except that there wasn't an omelete making man that i was expecting.The breakfast menu was changed regularly with a variety of eggs so that was nice.I'd recommand this hotel for everyone who wants to stay somewhere comfortable and in a good price. =)

I wish we could have stayed longer. The time sopend in Madinah was too short. The view out of my window was so beautifull i cannot discribe it. I will recomment any body who is visiting Madinah to stay in you Hotel. The food was excellent.

The service we received at this hotel was exceptional to say the least. They assisted my mom with the location of her luggage which was lost at the airport and also when my dad passed away the day of their arrival. They helped my mom in every way that they could until we got there to assist her. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a hassle free stay in medinah. Their breakfast was also very good, together with the service of the management and staff.

We liked the acommadation. the way they came everyday to clean up (hoovering,making the bed in their special way,putting new shampoo's and shower gel,etc.). The location was excellent because it was right next to the mosque which made it easy for us. The service was very good because if you wanted anything you just had to pick up the phone and dial one number(different one digit numbers for a catagory).

Very good service overall. The only downside was the elevators to the various floors, it took up to 15mins to get into an elevator because the sequence they were running in was very poor. Apart from that,very good

ilike everything about this place it is in a very good location.they have a fantastic lobby and the room alloted to me was the best.

Most beautiful city in the world and from our Hotel a postcard view of the Masjid -- There is no words that can explain how beautiful this place is. I will definately recomend and myself stay in Elaf Taibah whenever I visit this Holy city. Mohamed Rafic Ismail
