Service was bad at the restaurant and front desk

We have two small children ages 2 & 4 and they are hipper. The staff at the front desk "LORETA" was rude and incosiderate and embarrased us in front of other guest when she asked me if those were my children who were just being a little noisy. Also the first day we were day, our reservation was wrong and they wre questioning wheater or not our breakfast was included. They could have sat us down and figured it out themselves instead of having us wait outside. Sad because the hotel is gorgeus and upon arrival Chris was excellent at the front desk. Just wish he had stayed for the weekend when we were there.

Luxury at an affordable price! Wonderful staff which is polite and remembered my name when I came back from sightseeing! (Who does that!?) Very short drive to San Francisco, and no charge for parking!!!! Stayed at several ofhter nice hotels in the area and this beats it with the luxury by far! (The beds and pillows are to die for!) Only bad thing is that one of the local hotels (Larkspur Landing) has a business center that beats the socks off of the Marriotts! Several computers, fax machine, copy machine and more! The Marriott only has one in the middle of the lobby and usually kids are on it playing around! Ugh!Larkspur also has movies available to borrow and watch!!!

The best beds

I've been to S.F several times for convetions and have stayed at many differnt hotels. This one has the most comfortable beds. They put you right to sleep. Unlike other hotels near the airport this one is far enough away that you aren't disturbed by the noise of planes taking off and coming in. It also has a tranquil atmosphere away from all the hussel and bussel of the city.

The hotel was away from the congestion of the city-we could walk the bay path which is wonderful
