Needs updated !!
By Eddie, 7/30/11
First of all the staff was great, from the front desk people to the maintenance personnel. We had a problem with our shower and was taken care of in a timely manner. Hotel was quiet though which was nice. Breakfast was suitable. The owners however need to take a serious tour of the inside of their hotel, as is in need of a major update. New carpet, desk/dresser combination, painting and new color scheme. TV's are out of date - consider flat screen ones. Was close to historical district and front desk staff provided excellent directions to most of major points of interest. Hotel looked good from the outside, NOW it needs to look great on the inside

No problems
By Brooke, 6/30/08
I only stayed here for one night but didn't have any problems. The room seemed clean enough and my reservation (made through Expedia) went through without a hitch. I didn't use any of the facilities so I can't really comment on that or the service of the staff, but there was nothing memorable (good or bad) about this place.

Never again
By G W, 10/29/07
I booked two rooms for one night. One room had a musty oder so bad it was changed. The room we had still had crumbs on the floor near the bed. No soap was in the room and the bathroom did not apear to have been cleaned more than a quick wipe down. When we complained nothing was done. We would have left except lodging on the night was very hard to find. I will never again stay in a Sleep Inn.

Worst Rip-Off Ever
By sarahk, 6/13/07
Staff lied about rates when I made the reservation. At checkout I was notified rate was tripled "Because of graduation weekend". Charged over $150 per nite for substandard, smelly room. Manager would not adjust rate.

One time experience
By kira, 5/15/07
Very short: pay little more for much better service somewhere else. Dirty bathroom, leaking shower, cigarette smell in non-smoking room, noisy A/C, and on top rude stuff.

Won't stay again
We stayed early December in 2004 (during the Holiday Festival of Lights). The room had a musty, mildew smell. The a/c-heater vents were full of thick dust. There were cigarette ashes in the desk draw, though the room was supposed to be non-smoking. No room whatsoever in the shower/toilet room. Needs a good cleaning and deodorizing. On the plus side, nice receiption area, great breakfast.

You should pay me to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/10/05
Stayed here on reference from a friend with praises. Booked room online through ChoiceHotel website and have stayed in their other hotels. Ref. a non-smoking room, and got a room that smelt like smoke and bed spread had cig holes. A/C system kicking out bad air. 2nd floor room was only supplied with a piece(1) of soap and a moldy bit up wicker basket on sink. The TV gave bad reception and cable channels weren't all represented, only found this out next morning before checking out. Called front desk and rang more then 6x with no one checking in per had been downstairs a few times. 1030PM called referencing noise, front desk (Barbara) said guest checking in and would settle down, this never happen. Hotel booked these same kids on top floors that was causing the noise all night long into the morning they left for the day around 7/ 730AM wherever they were going for the day. I was leaving next day with a 5 hour drive back to Atlanta, GA and I was tired the whole time. Before leaving and having a little breakfast to wakeup, housekeeping kept knocking on the door being aware that I was checking out.
