Holiday Inn Express Providence-Woonsocket, Woonsocket

Room was very spacious, and included a couch and coffee table. In-room coffee maker was great. Room very clean. Heater had some trouble starting up. It kept shutting off, but I finally got it to stay on. The heater was very loud. Nighttime staff was outstanding (Matt and Lenny). Very courteous, helpful and professional. Daytime staff was fair (two ladies, I do not know their names). For example: i asked one if the restaurant across the street was open and she said no. But she did not tell me the hotel's complimentary breakfast was available. I stumbled upon it, and it was outstanding - very good food, very good selection considering it was a "continental" breakfast. The other lady just shrugged her shoulders. The location is iffy - not really near anything (no transportation) but it just so happened to be close to my family, which is why I chose it. I would probably stay there again, but my only major complaint is that the rate was very high for the location.

I've only been there once,It was ok.But I would have to say I probably won't go back,It wasn't the kind of place that was so great that I would really have to go back to.
