Holiday Inn Ex Ste Threerivers, Three Rivers

My opionion.....think about letting dogs stay there . One day I might go there to visit .

my husband and i booked our room at the last minute en route to a Notre Dame game. we got a suite w/ king bed, jacuzzi and fridge/microwave for a steal. the jacuzzi itself could have used a thorough detailing, but the room was clean otherwise. we found the staff to be friendly and accomodating -- and appreciated the recommendation to dine at a local Italian place called Pisano's. YUM! beware of thin walls: we awakened at 2 a.m. to the sounds of our neighbors having "intimate relations." overall, a decent hotel for an on-the-way stay.

We were greeted by friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice, again served by a friendly lady evey morning. I had trouble with the washer and another friendly person was right there to help with a smile. One of the late evening staff from the reception desk even made another batch of cookies we enjoyed after a loooong day of sight seeing. The coffee was always pretty fresh tasting. The only complained I had was with one of the maids. She did vacuum, and the room was clean enough not to complain, and we certainly had enough towels and wash cloths, but she did not make our beds since a newspaper was laying on one, and a pair of socks on the other.Told us it is against the rules to move anything laying on the bed. A paper and a pair of socks???? I think that was a bit silly but all the same we will come again this year.

I haven't even stayed there yet and I am already disgusted. I was not told there was a 24 hour cancellation policy and was asked for my credit card for a late arrival. The day I was going to stay there, I called for a cancellation and learned at that time that there was a 24 hour policy. NEVER AGAIN!
