Fantastic Hotel

This hotel is definitely worth it, a true gem, with a few minor problems related to a rude staff member. My wife and I traveled to Seattle for Christmas from Salem, OR, which is about a four and half hour drive. So we wanted something economical, nice, and comfortable. I searched high and low for an affordable hotel in the Seattle area with an indoor pool/spa and complimentary breakfast, and after choosing about five throughout the Seattle area, we decidced upon Spring Hill in Renton and were glad we did. First of All, the location is somewhat industrial, which is nice, because it was really quiet, you couldn't even hear the freeway which was fairly close by, yet it was within about a four mile drive of one of the biggest malls I have ever been to, in Tukwilia. The mall had about a zillion restaurants around it, so we had all we needed close by. The rooms are all suites, with possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life (hotel or at home). The indoor pool area was well kept, clean, comfortable, and perfectly warm for a late night swim on Christmas Eve. The best part of all, the complimentary breakfast, easily the best I have ever had, with hot waffles, sausage, eggs, cheese, cereal, yogurt, muffins, rolls, bread, juices, coffee, etc. It was truly simple, but very, very, tasty, and best of all, complimentary, and for someone who loves complimentary breakfast, trust me, this one is worth it the price alone. The only problem we had was an extremely rude young woman who checked us in. She was very condescending, very rude, to the point that I wanted to grab her by her tongue ring and tell her to tone it down cause I just drove 250 miles straight to get there and tomorrow is Christmas Eve. Aside from that, we will stay there every time we go to Seattle (which is often).
