Quality Inn & Suites, Wichita Falls

This is the absolutely worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I work for an commericial airline and I am highly upset that this location has given me a bad experience because many other Comfort Inn and suites are tip top and offer many accommodations for my family of 5. The front desk was less than friendly, our hotel room was hot and had a horrible smell. The restrooms were dirty and oh worst of all the bugs. Dead and alive they were everywhere. Even in the light fixtures. Gross! I love this hotel chain but not in Wichita Falls, which makes us sad because we must return and find another place to stay this year.

my son and i stayed at this place and it was nasty and filty i recoomend no one stays at this place it needs updating and needs staff that cares about there jobs and they way the motels is presented.beware of this horrible place.

Room needed a good cleaning. Previous tenants dirty towels were left in the bathroom, made us wonder if the room had been cleaned at all. Hopefully the sheets were clean!! Price was ok, thats what made us decide to stay. But after seeing the rooms and how dirty it was, we wished we would have went somewhere else.

When I stayed here, it was right next door to the Quality Inn where I originally had my reservations. Read the review for that hotel too, it was bug infested! I went to this hotel because of the situation at the Quality Inn next door with the crickets crawling all over the room, fortunately (or not), the Comfort Inn had a room available. When I got to the room, the smell about knocked me over. It was 106 degrees outside but my windows were wide open. It smelled like a kitty litter box, one that hadn't been cleaned in awhile. My allergies to cats also proved the smell by having a congestion within minutes of entering the room. Sad to say but this room was a dump too. I don't know if this was one of the "animals OK" rooms but it sure smelled like it. If you are staying here, make sure you don't get one of these rooms, assuming they aren't all this bad.

I got there at 2:45 am, auditor was very nice, but room smelled bad, there was a hole on the wall, bathroom did not looked like it had been cleaned! Carpet was dirty and air conditioner was very loud. I was too tired to complaint, went to sleep but was woken up by housekeeping knocking on my door 3 times between 9 am to 9:45 am, the lady spoke english and I knew she understood when I told her I was sleeping but was going to check out at noon. After the 3th time I called the front desk to ask them to tell housekeeping to quit knocking on my door, I was told that if I didnt check out at noon I was going to get charge for an additional day, never mind it was not even 10 am, he offered no apologies or that he would talk to housekeeping. I couldnt get back to sleep so I got up and checked out, the clerk was too busy talking on his cell phone to talk to me. I tried getting a hold of the general manager but he never answered or responded. I travel to Wichita Falls once a month, I usually stay at the Holiday Inn and it was a mistake staying at the comfort suites. I will never stay there again!

The staff wouldn't work with us on when to clean our room, so we would go days before we got an even semi-clean room. Bad service all the way around, thin walls,dirty hallways.
