Dislike the hotel on a scale of 1-10 a 5. Nothing I expected from the website. Road noise and empty lot and falling down buildings for view. Hotel falls into the category of cheap and false advertising from RiverPointe Napa Valley. Like - Location close to downtown Napa.

I love the room they have space and when i oder a cab it arrive fast and the room was clean.... the beds are confterble ...................... the only bad thing is that you can hear everything

I was very happy with my experience. The room was spacious and clean. There is a free breakfast buffet until 9:30am with a pretty impressive spread (i.e. cereal, coffee, juice, muffins, eggs, bacon, potatoes, bagels, oatmeal, fruit, toast, etc). Free cookies at check in as well! The only complaint I had is that it takes really long to get a cab, but ultimately, that is not the hotel's fault. Just make sure to call the front desk for a cab at least 20 minutes in advance. Definitely would visit again considering the price of a room is significantly cheaper than most hotels in the area. There is also a Target and Raley's grocery store across the street in case you forget any amenities you might need.

This has got to be one of the worst motels in Napa. Our view was of a Liqour store that was lost in a fire. At night dont plan on sleeping because you will hear every noise from the other rooms. The rooms were not clean there was dried gunk on the handle for the night stand and it was a horrible value as well. The pictures are deceiving.

My husband and I went to Napa Valley on our Honeymoon in May. We stayed 4 nights in the jucuzzi suite. The location was perfect...downtown Napa is right there and the road leading to all the best vineyards was minutes away! The staff was very friendly and helpful suggesting restaraunts and giving us directions etc. And the free breakfast buffet (mini) saved us some extra $$ No complaints!

The pictures of this hotel on the hotel's website are very deceiving. This place was, for a lack of better words, a complete dump that overlooked a truck stop. We checked in, saw the room, and checked out.

This wasn't the best hotel I've ever stayed at, but it served it's purpose. It was clean and fairly quiet, although not in the best location in Downtown Napa. It was in a pretty commercial area and on a main highway. It wasn't far from wine country though, so that really wasn't a problem. I asked for an extra towel, but was given 3 washcloths instead...and the soap made my skin itch like crazy.....but the microwave and mini-fridge in the room was nice. The rooms had HBO too, so we didn't miss our Sunday night Sopranos fix on vacation! The free internet connection was also nice to have.

Close to business parks, clean, and economical. Decent breadfast, exercise room and pool. The service is good and the desk clerks are friendly. They have a way of losing information from previous stays but are helpful in re-entering your information.

If you need a comfortable, lower cost hotel to stay in in the Napa Valley, this is it. Room was very comfortable, microwave and fridge were nice when traveling with children. The hot breakfast buffet was very good. Only drawbacks were traffic noise (hotel is on busy street in Napa) and the fact that the indoor pool is not heated-was much to cold for adults to swim in, but kids didn't mind!
