Worst Hotel Ever

Worst Hotel Ever!! Staff was not friendly at all. Location very bad. No wireless in rooms, only in the lobby. No self parking only valet which is $18 a night. The pool is outside and 3ft deep. The food was too expensive, even for breakfast. Do not recommend to any one.

Only place to stay

We stay here every time we drop our children off at SMU and all other school events. It is extremely clean and the staff makes you feel like you are staying in a luxurious resort instead of a hotel in the middle of a city. I will agree that the charge for valet parking is a bit steep, but that would be my only negative comment.

Best hotel in Dallas

I used to stay here frequently for business, but since the prices are more than $220 from time to time, my company forces me into lesser hotels in the area. I always feel very SAFE here, which is not the case in another hotel 5 miles away (bad area, outdated Embassy). The staff is always very gracious and kind. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and the room service is incredible. The valet parking is the most efficient of any I have experienced, and they will go to all ends to find directions to help you on your way. If you are looking for an incredible gym and pool, go to Hilton Anatole. If you want to relax and work, go here.

Break the bank!

The hotel was nice, I'll give you that, but the price and the hidden costs are outrageous. It is $18 valet parking overnight and breakfast was $10 per person. They even charge for internet access in the rooms. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for less, I just don't think this Hilton was worth the price.

OK for a Hilton

Fairly new looking physical plant and staff wa svery obliging. Romm was decent size and bathroom clean. Free coffee in the lobby and superfast valet parking. Only complaint was that they closed the Opio Restaurant twice and had us eat dinner in the bar but the food was great.

Wonderful Experience

I had a wonderful experience! The people treat you like royalty. I felt pampered from the moment I walked through the door. Everyone was so friendly. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I never wanted to get up. I could have stayed there all day. The food was outstanding. The restaurant OPIO is out of this world. It is a small intimate feel, but the menu has everything you could want. The location is great, because there are restaurants, stores and clubs within walking distance. Something you never find in Dallas. The hotel is SOOOOO clean. You won't find a speck of dirt anywhere. But what really sold me on this place was how friendly everyone was. The valets, the concierge, the front desk, even the housekeepers go out of their way to say hello and make you feel welcome! What a place!! I can't wait to go back.
