Perfect Weekend Spot
By SuzanneS, 2/28/07
Visited NYC for a girls' weekend and had the most perfect stay. Loved everything about this hotel. Would definitely stay there again. The location to everything we wanted to do was perfect and the staff was really friendly. The wine hour was also a pleasant surprise and a nice addition to our stay.

Great Location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/31/07
As I said in the title. A great location Just a block off of Broadway it was close enough to walk to most of the theaters but far off enough to not have the traffic noise. My best friend and I stayed there in October of '06. It was our first time in NYC so we really wondered what we would find. The sevice was great and the wine tasting in the evening was an added treat. Would stay again.

my NY secret!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/22/07
I wish I new about this hotel sooner. It's the only place we will stay in NY. The location is perfect and the price is some what reasonable. It's great to be in the hussle of Times Square and turn the corner to the quiet street where your hotel is only steps away.

Would Go Back
By KLO, 10/13/06
My husband and I just got back from a 7 night stay at The Muse. We stayed at The Muse because we got a great deal and liked the location. We arrived very early (9:30 am) and were pleasantly surprised to be told that they had a room ready for us. This was very unexpected and made us very happy as it freed up the rest of day for us to do what we wanted. The check-in was quick and problem free. Our room was nice enough. We've had better but since it was our first time in NYC can not compare it to other NYC hotel rooms. It was adequate but nothing fancy. It was very clean. We were on the 4th floor in the front of the building and honestly did not find the street noise a problem. They had a wine reception every day at 5:00 for hotel guests to enjoy. We only made it to it once. The other guests seemed to be couples in their 40s and 50s which meant we fit right in. We were elated with the hotel's location. Being our fist time in NYC we had a lot of ground to cover and found the location perfect to head in any direction quickly on foot. It also was just a few blocks from several subway stations for destinations out of walking distance. Check-out was also quick and easy. We would stay here again.

Best hotel stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/15/06
This stay was a great experience. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the hotel was clean and the staff was so helpful. The front desk was not at all bothered with getting movie times and change for bills. The bell service was extremely helpful with bags, helping me with cab or car service, getting me where I needed to go. It's been a while since my stay, but to this day I rave about my stay there and the bell guy!

Outstanding !
By Alan, 7/12/06
we stayed at the muse during the july 4, 06 holiday. loved the spaciousness and contemporary styling of our guestroom. bathroom was spacious, as well. i had read numerous online reviews of the muse, wherein the comfortable beds were mentioned. that is absolutely accurate! the hotel is very conveniently located, with great access to times square and theatre district, etc. a nice touch is the afternoon wine reception in the lobby! staff was very pleasant and helpful with local restaurants, sightseeing, etc. we'll absolutely return to the muse--hopefully soon.

Spacious and Gracious
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/19/05
Just returned from 4 nights at The Muse and found everything to be perfect. One you walk though the door, you would never believe the location is just half a block from Times Square. The lobby is serene, and every member of the staff is friendly and professional, from the front desk to the housekeepers. The room was spacious and full of amenities. When we returned from the theater each evening, not only was the bed turned down, the ice bucket was full and there were fresh towels. The king-sized bed was luxurious and we found on room (on the 12th floor) to be quiet. I had signed up for e-mail specials at the hotel web site and also got a great rate on the room. We loved our stay here and would highly recommed this hotel to anyone seeking luxury in a prime location.

Nice KING bed!
By Tracy, 5/25/05
Stayed here while attending a conference at the horrible Mariott Marquis. Loved the room size, which was good for NYC, and LOVED the huge King bed. Had some issues with noise (room was on 4th floor) so I asked for a humidifier, which did double-duty by alleviating the dryness and making white noise that covered up the street noise. Got a good rate, so I'd definately stay again!
