Rude, unprofessional staff
First off, the front desk staff upon check in was rather self involved. I had a few questions for them and even though there wasn't anyone in line behind me, they acted like I was causing them a huge inconvenience. They checked me into a smoking room, though I had asked for non smoking because I was travelling with my 9 month old. When I asked to change rooms they curtly told me they would send someone up with a new key. Waited over an hour before calling back down and asked to speak to the manager, who would not take the time to talk to me because he was getting ready to leave for the day. Left with no choice, I picked up all of my bags and my baby and ventured back down to the front desk to see about getting another room. The 2nd room was fine, however I recieved a wake up call (that I didn't request) at 4:30 in the morning. The overnight staff was helpful and offered me free breakfast to make up for the mistake with the wake up call. The food wasn't great but it was edible and the morning staff was only slightly less rude than the afternoon staff. I strongly encourage all travelers to either shell out a bit more for a better quality stay or stay in a lower priced hotel for the same quility service.
