Comfort Inn And Suites Radford, Christiansburg

The hotel is nicely located right off I-81 in Radford and the rooms are really nice, HOWEVER...When we returned from our busy day visiting family we came back to the hotel hosting a college party. We were not informed about this when we booked the room or when we checked in. The bass was super loud and could hear it throughout the whole hotel. The front desk attendee tried to help us out and change us to two other rooms, but there was no getting away from the bass or the loud people in the halls. They didn't charge us for the night, and we stayed elsewhere that night, and switched hotels pretty late in the evening. If you are going to host college parties, then stick to that. However if you are going to have families stay there, I wouldn't be hosting any more of those kind of parties...I am horribly disappointed in this hotel, and it would take a lot for me to stay there, since myself and my family member have tried calling management to talk about the situation and we have not been called back. Wouldn't waste my money at all! Who knows what kind of event they will have when you stay there.

Just off the Interstate, very clean rooms, quiet, internet service great, staff helpful,pleasant and breakfast was a treat. It's a long drive from our Fl. residence but worth it.

We had two groups that stayed for two nights. The service was great as well as the staff themselves. Every area of the hotel was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. I would go out of my way to stay there again if I was traveling in that area. It is rare anymore to be able to write a review like this.
