Holiday Inn Express and Suites-Bluffton, Bluffton

I stayed in this hotel on business for 3 nights. On a positive note, the manager was the one bright spot of the whole stay. He was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very nice location and is close to many stores and restaurants. This did not make up for my experience at this hotel. The carpets were being professionally cleaned and the smell was horrible and overwhelming. No maid service came on my first day here. When I came in from work the trash my keys would not work and I had to go to the front desk and get them fixed. When I got in my room, I found that the trash cans were full, the dirty towels were right where I left them, and the bed unmade. I called the front desk to complain and was informed that the housekeeping staff had already left for the night and that they would make a note of it. The bathtub had mildew around the faucet and soapholder. This hotel is in need of an update and some renovations. I will not stay here again!

Your hotel is absolutely perfect....great location near outlet shopping, grocery stores, main island of Hilton Head, Savannah....easy access to main route to Hilton Head..very friendly staff, great pool and very clean..had a wonderful time.
