Holiday Inn Exp Ste Bluffton, Bluffton

From the time we walked in it was great, we was greated my Aldo (who was wonderful,great and the best at his job) everything from the room to the employees was great I would stay here again and again and suggest anyone else also. Not only did Aldo give us great custumer service he told us the best beach to visit and where to eat (this guy made the visit great) the hotel was very clean, and close to outlets and beach. The only problem I had was the work outroom please ungrade before we return.other than that great stay.

After spending a weekend in this hotel, I reviewed my credit card bill online. To my surprise, I had three different charges on my bill where I had been charged twice for my room and two additional fees. When I called I was told that there are ten dollar fees charged to each credit card when a guest check in just in case they make any charges to the room. And they aren't sure why the room was charged to the card twice and that these charges should disappear eventually. WHAT???? So what if this made my account over the limit and cost me extra money. I guess their customers aren't important enough for them to explain these fees to them at check in. If you choose to book this hotel, I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU ONLY USE CASH.

I stayed in this hotel on business for 3 nights. On a positive note, the manager was the one bright spot of the whole stay. He was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very nice location and is close to many stores and restaurants. This did not make up for my experience at this hotel. The carpets were being professionally cleaned and the smell was horrible and overwhelming. No maid service came on my first day here. When I came in from work the trash my keys would not work and I had to go to the front desk and get them fixed. When I got in my room, I found that the trash cans were full, the dirty towels were right where I left them, and the bed unmade. I called the front desk to complain and was informed that the housekeeping staff had already left for the night and that they would make a note of it. The bathtub had mildew around the faucet and soapholder. This hotel is in need of an update and some renovations. I will not stay here again!

Your hotel is absolutely perfect....great location near outlet shopping, grocery stores, main island of Hilton Head, Savannah....easy access to main route to Hilton Head..very friendly staff, great pool and very clean..had a wonderful time.
