Not good

Last weekend, I booked three rooms for my family.
In one room (Room 206), my son saw a cockroach. I reported this to the desk clerk, and she said it was not a cockroach, but a a big insect coming from the palm outside. Nevertheless, she should have contacted housekeeping, and they should fumigate the room. Imagine being bitten by this insect. Also, left a child's backpack but never heard from the hotel about this- suggest that since they know who checks in in their rooms, they should write the guest to say that they found a back pack. What is sad is that I love staying in this hotel, except for this experience.
The airconditioning system should be updated. It makes a lot of noise when in automatic and the desired temperature has not been reached.
