Quality Inn and Suites Menomonie, Menomonie

Not a good experience. I came to Menomonie to attend a 2 day workshop at UW-Stout. Don't think I'll do that again. The rooms were very horrible. Yuck! Yes, I had two different rooms for my two-night stay. Not only was the room dirty but the first night I was kept up all night by a broken outside door that slammed and shook the building every time someone entered or left the building. When I complained the next morning, I didn't even have to point out which door I was talking about. They KNEW it was a problem. The next night I was given a different room. Still very dirty. The bathroom smelled bad. The toilet was dirty. Dust and sticky marks all over the table tops. But the worst part was the large bug in the bed when I turned down the covers to get into bed. Double yuck! For all of my bad experiences, they deducted $40 from my bill. Definatly not enough. I filled out a comment card and verbally requested that the manager call me. I never heard from them.
