BOOKED HANDICAP ROOM, ON ARRIVAL NO ROOM AVAILABLE

Booked room by internet, when arrived no handicap room available. Hotel check in is at 3pm, we arrived approx around 3:30pm, not late. BUT THE WORST PART WAS DESK CLERK DIDN'T TELL US there were no available handicap rooms, so I carried everything to 3rd floor room. Then discovered we didn't have a handicap room my husband could even use. This was on New Years Eve so we had to check out and on our own find other lodging. Very upsetting to my disabled husband and myself. Would not recommend this hotel to a anyone!!!

Nice Place

We stayed in room 1103.....the bed lights would not turn on...so if you wanted to watch TV you had to watch it with a light right in front of you...very annoying, also not enough Handicap Parking. I'am a member of the returns club, but probably would not stay here again needing a HC parking place.

Branson

Check in was different - the clerk seemed a little "weird". Once we finally got checked in, the room was nice with uptodate decor and ammenities. It's conveniently located off the interstate right on the strip with everything you will want and need access to.

new flooring

We just returned from our trip and it was very nice. They are in the process of remodeling. They had new wood laminate flooring in our room and the staff was wonderful. The indoor pool was great ( it rained the whole time we were there) the kids had a great time. We will stay there again.

Terrible

Our room was very smelly, and the carpet was badly stained. As members of returns program, we were completely disgusted. Worst La Quinta Inn we have ever stayed in, and we will not return.

Stained carpets

We were shocked at the room when we walked thru the door. There were pet stains on the carpet and the room had an odor. We went right back to the front desk and asked for another room. Since we were Returns Members and no other rooms were available out room was upgraded. Needless to say, this room also had pet stains on the carpets but it did not have an odor. This establishment will be remodeled over the winter. Carpets to be replaced with hard wood floors. That's fantastic, except pet stains on hardwood floors leave stains also if not taken care of immediately. We have stayed at many, many La Quinta's throughout the country and the have always been very clean. The Branson location needs to address the cleaning issues.

I loved the Music City Centre. It is my favorite hotel. It's so clean and the service is great. Not to mention the shows. I stay there every time I go to Branson!

Awesome place to stay!

Music City Centre was very clean and new. Loved the pool and indoor waterfall. Also, the Red Skelton Show and the Haygoods Show in the Music City Centre theater were the best shows we saw in Branson! I'd highly recommend this place... you really get a lot for your money!
