You get what you pay for andt that is not a lot!

At $70 per night the price is very good for the location. That said, you should not expect a 1st class experience. There is no shampoo in the bathroom and your room is serviced once a week (which is fine by me, I am a tidy person). The kitchen is also poorly equipped, which defeats the object of staying in a place with a kitchen.
The speed of the internet connection is terrible. Anything other than e-mail and basic web pages takes forever to load.
When I return to Burbank I will pay more and stay elsewhere. If you want a cheap room for a couple of nights this place is okay, but for a week, or more I want a few extras.
