Guaranteed to be your worst hotel experience.
By m000ch, 06/24/08
The only thing positive about this hotel was I only stayed there for one night. The room I got had no toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. I called the front desk and was told to wait. I foolishly thought the clerk meant wait for housekeeping to bring us some. After waiting a few minutes, I called again to follow-up. This time I was told they ran out of supplies and they were sorry they can't give me toilet paper. Well, sorry doesn't fix my sanitation needs. I checked the lobby for a public restroom but they didn't have any. There is a Target across the street and it still amazes me how this hotel lacked the sense to go and buy some supplies from the store. This hotel thinks running out of toilet paper is no big deal and they can apologize their way of out it.

Location and a Bed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/26/07
Avoid unless all you need is a place to sleep. Hotel desk closes at 11 pm. Internet is slow (5 KB/sec). Sometimes dial-up would be faster. No maid service, they just come in and give new towels / empty the trash once a week. TV is small and fuzzy. Desk is just a table with one hard wooden chair. My room had a broken arm on the chair, the air conditioner was falling apart, toilet didn't flush completely, the extra lock on the door was missing half, and nothing felt clean enough to use.

Distinctly average.

This hotel was very average. The bed was OK and there were no extra pillows. The bathroom was clean and roomy. The room had a two-burner stove, a microwave oven, toaster, a stink, some flatware, plates, a pot, and a fridge which was nice (even though we didn't use them). It was near railroad tracks however I never heard them. It is VERY close to shopping like Staples, Target, and Lowe's. Also VERY close to chain restaurants and lots of holes in the wall. The hotel is also pretty close to I-5 and maybe 25-45min from Disneyland depending on the traffic. The service was OK. They were not rude but they also weren't friendly. (No service with a smile here). I think I would stay here again because a lot of the other places around the same price or below are run-down and this is in a nice safe area where there is security.

No frills...

This very expensive hotel ($125/night) provides no basic services, such as shampoo, hair drier, maid service, large towels, wake-up service, or even 24-h reception. Even watching TV (basic cable only) a 15" set was interrupted by the frequent trains behind the window. The room was clean, but for the price and offered services it is much better to choose budget motels (like "6").

I loved it
By MYRA, 08/29/05
I wish they had a balconey and a swimming pool. I was there on business for 2 weeks. It would have been better to have a balcony just to see the view from my room I am from St. Louis and I don;t get a chance to look out of my window everday and see the moutains or enoy the type of weather they had while I was there.
