I booked a room through Expedia at 1 am while traveling home from AZ, only to get to a hotel that was not open. They have crazy lobby hours! After a lot of hoopala, they are charging me $54 for a room I did not use. I tried calling to try and cancel at 11 am on Sunday, and they were not open!! Now I am having to try and dispute my credit card charges!!! BEWARE, the manager does NOT care about customer service! I would NOT recommend this place.

I stayed in Feb 09, the first thing I noticed was the refridgerator did not work, then the phone wasn't working. Management replaced the Refer. with another one that was not working. I never did have a working refer. The manager said I had to 'wiggle' the cord on the phone to get it to work, I never could use it. Then about the 3rd day the faucet in the kitchen wouldn't stop running. Since it was a Sunday that the faucet kept running there was no front desk or maintenance personnel there. This could be a decent place to stay if they could get a handle on the maintenance issues.
