The Colonnade Inn, Sea Isle City

The place is haunted and nobody bothers to tell you this when you check in. My family and I had a very creepy experience last weekend in the Collonade. When I called management and inquired about the unexplained guest we had, I was told they know about an incident but it was probably the maintenance man doing his laundry. I couldn't help but disagree with this, our unwelcomed guest made her appearance around 1:00 a.m. Who does laundry at that time on a cold winter night!!! Still no one bothers to tell the guest before they check in. Unless you really want to stay in a haunted house, I would not recommend this place! There was no housekeeping service provided until we contacted management and complained. Perhaps the "unwelcomed guest" was assigned that task!!!!

We stayed overnight for New Year's Eve. We had a wonderful stay the room was beautiful. The jacuzzi tub was just what we needed. The extra bonus we didn't know about was fireworks we could see from our window. What a great surprise. Breakfast the next morning was warm and delicious. Would stay there again.

I loved my stay and the price can't be beat. This is by far the best deal in Sea Isle. One block from the beach and 2 - 4 blocks from the bars & restaurants - great location. The rooms were charming and clean + you get breakfast in the morning. Also, there's free wireless internet, outdoor showers and a large wrap around porch that you can enjoy. A much better clientele & atmosphere then the other motels on the island.... I can't really seem to find anything to complain about..I certianly will be going back to the Colonnade again this summer.

The Colonnade in was a great getaway for my wife and I during the off-season. The room we stayed in had a jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace. We sat on the wrap around porch and enjoyed the ocean view. For the money, The Colonnade Inn is a great value. Off-season the prices are low, and Sea Isle City is a great place to visit.
